The newest release and first 2012 vintage champagne I’ve tried. It’s very linear at this early stage, still sharp as a tack with high acidity and structure masking a lot of the fruit. Very good potential, but I wouldn’t open for at least 5 more years.

2012. Closed, tight, reduced, peach, mandarin, sweet palate, short finish. Not my style.
