Cava rosat , tó salmó lleuger , bombolla fina central , molt elegant. Aromes florals i gust de maduixa i mores . Tot molt subtil i discret. Molt bó. Fontclara.

Friendly, easy, uncomplicated in a delightful "me and my bestie out for a night where things taste good but we don't have to think any harder" way. If that makes sense. Also if I'd ordered any food it would be good for the spiciness of Thai.

Pere Mata Cupada rosè - from garagiste_wine. This cava producer is now my single fave sparkler produce after trying near a dozen of their releases. Should have bought many cases instead of one.

Tasty Spanish cava. Slightly sweet with a nice carbonation on the backbone. I get some cherry notes and some great dryness to even it all out

Bay Grape wine club. New Year’s bubbles. Tart, nice bubbles.
