Layers of mint, eucalyptus, cocoa, dried and fresh plum. Integrated tannins and high acidity rein it in. Big but structured. Tasty!

Good structure, tannins aren't overpowering. Big fruit but not overly sweet. Iron and spice. That's my new band name.
