On the palate ripe blackberry, plum and dried cherry flavors with cacao, espresso and black pepper. Fine ripe tannins, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with fruit and spice, very nice! Drinking well now!

deep ruby with an aroma filled with vanilla, coconut and black cherry. On the palate, dry, medium acidity, well-balanced tannins with the black cherry and coconut augmented by plum and blackberry. Not as much black pepper as expected but a lovely glass.

Very full on smell, massive hit when you first sip it, huge explosion on your tongue and then smooth as a baby's bottom as you swallow it. Good with cheese.
