Just watched some converts communicate with a holy power as they experienced this with humboldt fog cheese. Viscous, honeyed, concentrated nectar.

Nice balance of sweetness and fruit. This wine is a lovely mix of orange and other citrus flavors with sugar. The nose has a citrusy aroma. Enjoyable and different.

Of the 3 typical icewine varietals, I usually prefer one made from Vidal Blanc because it has less sugar level, but it does lack of the lushness and complexity of one made from Riesling or CF.
Well, this oak aged Vidal Blanc seems to have the best of both worlds. Intense and bright tropical fruits aroma. Honey-like sweetness is countered by the lovely acidity. And the oak definitely adds complexity with sweet spices and toasty notes. Buttery mouthfeel. Wonderfully balanced.

Each winter's frozen grape creates one drop of this icewine. Delicious.
