Icewine Niagara Peninsula Riesling 2016

Produced from juice of naturally frozen grapes, handpicked at night in the middle of the cold Canadian winter at about 15ºF. Grapes pressed when frozen yielding a drop of concentrated flavor. Medium amber color with pronounced aromas of ripe and dried stone fruits. On the palate flavors of peach, dried apricots and honey marmalade. Full-bodied, high acidity, long glorious finish ending with sweet candied fruit. Outstanding. Tasting Sample. — 2 months ago

Are you on the deck enjoying after dinner or just enjoying a sweet change. Love the ice 😀

Ice Cuvée Niagara Peninsula Rosé Blend

One of my favorite bubbles other than Champaign. This time I just chilled it slightly. The dosage of ice wine does make a difference with a plush and rich palate. With stone crabs. Yum! — 9 months ago

Icewine Niagara Peninsula Vidal

My first ice wine and this was lovely. Crisp acidity and a rich sweetness. Vidal grape. We also had the Pellar Cab Franc, but this was the clear winner. — 10 months ago
