Produced from juice of naturally frozen grapes, handpicked at night in the middle of the cold Canadian winter at about 15ºF. Grapes pressed when frozen yielding a drop of concentrated flavor. Medium amber color with pronounced aromas of ripe and dried stone fruits. On the palate flavors of peach, dried apricots and honey marmalade. Full-bodied, high acidity, long glorious finish ending with sweet candied fruit. Outstanding. Tasting Sample.
