Incredible mouthfeel! Especially creamy for an unoaked Chardonnay, with a nice long finish. Some peach, and apple notes.

Not sure how they managed to suck out most of the fruits flavors. Smooth and decent.

Far more citrus-y and acidic than your usual unoaked Chardonnay, even a little harsh on the palate when drinking on its own, but paired with a light, bright meal, it works really well.

Nice acidity, not buttery or over oaked.
