Beautiful balance of earthy elements and fruit. High acidity with Aromas of violet, blackberry, bay leaf, black currant, white pepper, and forest floor with plentiful silky, ripe tannins and a very long finish. The acidity keeps the wine poised and a great match for grilled meats, stews and hard cheeses.

Not many wineries produce a higher price Franc versus Sauvignon but Peju does - it is the flagship wine - aromas of raspberry, green peppercorn and violets. Taste include various spices, plums and blackberries - medium body but deep rich red color - supple and elegant - drink now but don't wait more than 5 years as this baby is ready - smiling on a Monday is better than not smiling - Go Tigers and ACC- stop the tide

Full bodied, undertones of blackberry. Dry, yet fruity at the same time. Blends immediately into the pallet.
