Dark ruby in color with medium intensity.

Full-bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing sweet cherries, raspberries, spices, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, earth and peppercorn.

Short finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

Single Vineyard Dolcetto grapes were aged in large oak barrels for 12 months.

Medium tannin, musty grape nose.

Wonderful red fruits and tannin.

Better than last time we had this wine. Maybe moving towards a better place. Still a bit too much stable for our taste.
