13' Paul Lato Hilliard Bruce Vineyard. Loving the wine. Needed some time in the bottle. Full of fruit. Moderate acid. Little oak to this Chardonnay. This would be an exceptional pairing with a bake salmon. I'm thinking this could possibly get even better with a bit more time.
