13' Paul Lato Hilliard Bruce Vineyard. Loving the wine. Needed some time in the bottle. Full of fruit. Moderate acid. Little oak to this Chardonnay. This would be an exceptional pairing with a bake salmon. I'm thinking this could possibly get even better with a bit more time.

Fresh cut muted gardenia on the nose, lemon peel, stone and morning dew. Such clean lines.

Great wine from an old friend.

Dammmmnnn!!!! Polished from front to back with aromas and flavors of Granny Smith apple, crisp pear, lemongrass Creme brûlée, marzipan, lemon peel driven by a truckload of steely minerality and acids. The flavor keeps hitting you for a minute plus, and lingers in the mouth for what seems an eternity!
