Condrieu. 2018 vintage. Viognier partly fermented and aged in egg-shaped cement vats.Flowers and exotic fruit (ripe pineapple, passion fruit). Rich ripe fruit with very good acidity and the typical Condrieu bitter structure. Long finish with retronasal exotic fruit, almonds and an intriguing minerality. A great effort and another winner from Jaboulet.
