Wow. Really like this wine. Full bodied, slightly over the top richness, honeysuckle, pear, buttery - maintains a crispness and a great balance with great acid. Ends with a long finish. Paired perfectly with whatever I had for dinner (which clearly wasn't as memorable as this wine - Kyle was cooking 😂).

Abundant tropical fruit. Intense concentration, bright gold appearance. A bit hot on the finish.

13' let it open for 30 minutes. OAK!!! Full throttle. Nectar, peach skin. Acidity all the way through! It will settle down in time. I love PAUL HOBBS! This chard is not a wine for everyone.

Very California, oaky but just floral and balanced enough to be enjoyable... Very nice with some fresh mozzarella with olive oil and sea salt...

We are lovers of heavy cabs. Barn burner , del dotto, etc. When we drink a white, we prefer vibrant chards. Hobbs russian river chard has become our favorite.
