Classic Paul Hobbs, lush density with finesse and insane length. Strawberry rhubarb, cola, cherry and a mix of fresh green herbs on the finish reminiscent of a bouquet garni are integrated perfectly into the wine.

Perfect dark fruit, cherry medium plus body with exceptional balance

Well balanced Pinot. Starting to regress a little. Still nice fruit and easy tannins

Slightly austere and warm with alcohol on the first night but opening up with some sweet cherry and hint of milk chocolate on the second. Ok for the price (birthday wine so not checking the teeth).

Great bouquet. Cherries and plums. But surprisingly acidic on the palate even after an hour or two. Had 'with' the more earthier and balanced Soter.
