Love this! Very fine bubbles and a wonderfully balanced long finish. Everything in balance! 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay 50% reserve, Mis enCave April 2017, disgorged January 2019. TBL

Only 5 grams of residual sugar making this drier and a more savory character through the finish chalky mineral notes through the finish

On par with my last rating. This is an enjoyable Champagne!

Brioche, wild flowers, and hazelnut, and lemon curd on the nose and palate. Delicious!

Great texture, tiny delicate bubbles, rich on palate. Perfect after a great day on the slopes.

Citrus, brioche, very intense. Liking the extra brut more than the brut version of Déthune I’ve had before. 👌⚡️🍾
