If you like your rose a little more serious and a less sweet, then you’ll love this. The nose is of red berries but the flavors in the mouth are not sweet, a nice toast lifted by a balanced amount of acid. Definitely would pair well with spicy or rich food. TBL

An attractive pale salmon with effusive bubbles that keep going and going. Truly, an exciting and fun nose. Bountiful cherries and red apples with some really nice herbs. Rosemary and just a bit of thyme for good measure.
A rosé with some depth and finesse. Easy drinking for sure but with enough complexity to keep you interested. 80/20 PN/CH with a whopping 50% of reserve wines, which makes all the difference in the world. The palate is rich and fruity without going overboard with the sweetness. A fine, fine champagne. One I could probably drink a lot more of.
