Last stop on day one in Sonoma was at Patz & Hall Winery. Last wine is their Pinot Noir from the Pisoni Vineyard.

Medium ruby red. Layered nose with spices, dark berries and purple floral notes. Medium plus acidity (7/10) and medium plus to full bodied. Rich yet elegant on the palate with notes of dark berries, purple flowers and a touch of earthiness. Balanced throughout with a long finish. Drink till 2029. $$$
