Patz and Hall Wine Company founded in 1988 by Donald Patz, James Hall, Anne Moses and Heather Patz, with a mission of producing hand-crafted wines. Dark Ruby with complex aromas of black and red fruits with herb and floral scents. From Dijon clones, on the palate sweet cherry and strawberry with cacao, earthy spice and notes of smoke. Aged on French Oak, this wine was well balanced, savory, round tannins, lingering nicely ending with some earthy mineral tones. Has room to age. Excellent!! Tasting Sample!

Fresh cherry, rose and violet scented nose. Medium bodied sweet oak infused with cherry syrup. Has a wonderful perfumed flavored character. Pure and supple finish.

Dark ruby color. Lovely rich aroma profile showing layers of cherry, plum, carnation, and warm baking spices. Palate has a richness initially followed by nice cherry flavors and good acid with a voluptuous mouthfeel. Finish shows some more cherry and macerated strawberry with some nice oak. Wish that I had another.
