Baby fat gone, great delineation, chalk, oyster cells, mango. Close to perfect

Fairly rich and modern but still shows its Chablis terroir. Very les clos in style. Massive frame of rich stone fruit followed by textbook oyster shell. Subtle hints of verbena and fresh mandarin orange. This may have very well been my favorite Chablis of the evening. Everyone called it grand cru Chablis blond

Infanticide. Wine is difficult to judge, reductie in nature almost yeasty, white peach, lots of depth almost fatty. Wait at leest another 3 to 5 years.

The 2016 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a generous, slightly confit-like bouquet that is well defined and focused. The palate is well balanced with a precise entry, quite understated with a discrete sprinkling of white pepper towards the finish. Fine. (Neal Martin, Vinous, August 2018)

Insanely delicious though more barrel notes than expected from used oak. Yum.

Too young. Lightning acidity that needs some time to incorporate.
