Carmel, Baked Apple/pear, hint of anise, bright acid, super clean and round. Really good.

Beautiful fresh citrus, kumquat, tangerine, rose water, and white peach on the nose. Pale straw to straw with hints of green. Prominent stony minerality coming through mid palate. Moderate acidity and body. Slight bitterness on the finish.

Another superb effort from a great producer. This bottle has a little more body but maintains electric acidity.
