Beautiful fresh citrus, kumquat, tangerine, rose water, and white peach on the nose. Pale straw to straw with hints of green. Prominent stony minerality coming through mid palate. Moderate acidity and body. Slight bitterness on the finish.

Nice refreshing Aligote from one of the leading Chablis producers. Great wine for lighter food and we had this with warm grilled turkey salad with watermelon, feta, olives and lime mayo. Real summer wine
