✔️ 솔잎향 섞인 미네랄리티, 후추향도 살짝 느껴짐
✔️ 시간이 지날수록 산미가 강하게 올라오는데, 우리 취향은 아니라서 오픈하자마자 마셨을 때 제일 맛있었음
✔️ 삼겹살 마늘쫑 파스타 & 업진살 구이에 곁들였는데, 산미때문에 소고기보다는 파스타와 먹었을 때 더 맛있었고, 닭고기와도 잘 어울릴 것 같음
