Pre-season Patriots football and Pineau d’Aunis: a winning combination. This wine has lots of character. Nose is intense, peppery, lots of crunchy dark berries and pulverized rock dust. Vigorous in the mouth, with a very youthful feel and some chalky, fine-grained tannin puckering the palate. Really nice now and could soften up nicely over the next couple of years.

Floral and fragrant crunchy redfruit aromas and flavors, light on its feet, very fine acidity, fresh and crisp, lingering finish, very nice Loire red!!
