Nice Cabernet and showing some good development w/ only 5 yrs in bottle. Better things still ahead. Plus a point or two in another 7-8 yrs.

Sipping Fine Wine

A blend of 88% Cab Sauv, 8% Petit Verdot & 4% Cab Franc, deep Ruby with aromas of juicy red and black fruits, sweet spice with floral notes. The palate is loaded with vibrant ripe fruit, cherry, blueberry and blackberry flavors with vanilla cedar, some cacao and currants notes, well balanced. Fine round tannins with great mouthfeel, long ending with a powerhouse of fruit and sweet spice on the finish. Great now but has plenty of room to run.

Old world wine lovers Napa cab. Layered. Great terroir. Concentrated fruit. Finish for days. Amazing wine.

Delicious first vintage from winemaker Anthony Biagi of Hourglass. I couldn't believe the amount of sediment on the cork or the dark inky color. This was a delicious wine and a bargain that is drinking so well with a quick decant. A big wine with soft tannins. Very nice.

Barnyard funk on the nose and taste. First floor, decaying vegetable matter. Warm earthy tones. Light even though the substantial nose.
