Sooo much more to say but just enjoying the light & lifting yet intense energy of this juice

In the immortal words of Yoda! "Drink me you will!" My 1st Nerello Mascalese! The wine gods put this baby together! Just like Barolo the appearance is deceptively pale. Incredible perfume, complex, layered, fragrant, savoury. Delivering real personality on the palate. So much Yumminess. Wicked, edgy yet refined tannin! Vino that will make your heart race!

Drank at flour + water. Like an Etna rossa but quite generous fruit. Paired with everything on the menu.

Big Etna Rosso. More hefty then elegant. Boozy, barnyard funk that does blow off somewhat w air, dried sour cherry, fennel, Lingering tannins

Showing great with 10 years age. Elegant and slightly earthy.
