WOTN. We enjoyed this as well as some others that I was unable to take a picture of at Cafe Boulud in Palm beach. The wine pairing was perfection. Cafe Boulud ALWAYS gets it done correctly! 😍🍷🍷😍. Thank you to our chairman for structuring this phenomenal dinner.

First impression was that it was quite different from the first wine. Cool and beautiful nose of dark cherries and once again blueberries. Pretty and cool nose led me to think 2012/2013 and ultimately settled for the latter. Different kind of tea like quality than the 2011, more like pu erh tea. The aromatic intensity, weight and finish on the mouth is one up from the 2011. Lovely.

Dec 9th, 2017Served at a blind tasting. Floral, red cherries, blueberries, menthol, autumn leaves, black tea , and slight vegetal nose. Elegant! Led me to guess 2011/2012. Smooth on the mouth, but finish was slightly lacking. Overall, it was a delicious wine we finished very quickly!
