Saturday afternoon enjoying this Sancerre Pinot Noir Rose beautiful peach in color.

The nose is very expressive in red fruit, lots of strawberries, peach aromatics, vanilla with nice wet river rock.

On the palate I get under ripe strawberry, sour peach with a very prominent minerality.

There is a very long finish, clean and fresh with medium + acidity. A very nice summer rose.

Tasting on second day after it was opened. Bouquet has faded a bit, and it's somewhat sharp on the pallet. Definitely a PPP-cork-and-finish-the-bottle wine. I'll rate it again when I can taste it fresh, but I would think it should hold up a bit better. Was corked tight and fridged.

Summer heaven in a glass -- dry, ripe red fruits on the initial taste, great minerality in the middle to give an interesting quality not found in your run of the mill rosé. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely fab rosé. Light and fresh but with real depth. It's not soda pop like some rosé. It's a serious wine but easy to enjoy.
