Unfiltered rough mouthfeel. Sharp acid with tart unripe fruit notes. Zesty, perfect for pairing with Sea Bass in a lemon caper sauce or veal piccata! A little much for just cocktails.

Slow to open but eventually good lemon and lime flavors emerged on the palate although the bouquet remained absent.

Classic sav blanc with pineapple aroma and good minerality. A bit acidic for me to share a whole bottle, but a delightful glass. Pairs well with goat cheese.
