Truly this is a great wine
Truly elegant but also full flavour on the palate
We find from the fruit ( quite dark, but nevertheless crisp) to spices, cola, olive brine, basil, coffee, butterscotch and plenty more.
Very long finish
I think I will try to hold in my other bottle for at least 5 years to see what happens

So unique, so reminiscent of French Syrah. Devastating that the vines no longer exist. Funky, earthy, vibrant with such soft minerally tannin. Lovely and matched with the eye fillet perfectly.
