Popped and poured. 92+.. Nose was pretty reticent but with a lot of coaxing I got some Hints of sweet cherry, tobacco, roses. Palate was soft silky with medium length.. A touch of heat.. Revisit in 5 years..

Love this wine and love this vineyard. Took a bit open up but eventually bit showed it’s stuff. Very nice indeed.

Essentially a pop and pour. And it performed exquisitely. Classic Barolo notes and a few edges that suggest many future great years. Great producer + great vineyard + great year = great wine. Thanks @Elisa Scavino
