Monday nights are pretty cool: black olives mingling w mint, cedar, dark chocolate. All swimming there in the impressively long finish.

What is this guy doing that the rest of the world isn't? Balanced, heavier tannic structure than some of the other Beas, but spectacular nonetheless.

Feb 3rd, 2014I love the style of Italian wine because it reminds me of the way Italian wines used to taste. Little gamy with notes of light red fruit, incredible acidity, a little bit of leather on the finish. Love this!

Aug 25th, 2016Deep ruby with some brown from age. Beautiful on the nose, dark fruit and black olive with some lavender/floral character and cigar box. Still strong tannins but appropriate for such a big wine. Very complex with long finish. Extremely delicious!!
