Pale, edging toward ruddy ruby. Stinky, garden earth nose. Still lively red fruit behind. Softly structured now so a good fit to salmon sushi.

HEAVY DUTY reduction. There's a great wine in there. Will keep trying. Day 2 still undrinkable.

Amazing for re price I paid, about $7. A bit toasted, oak dominated but distinct OR acidity and spine. Great everyday PN at this price.

Not worthy of the name. Single vineyard examples from the same producer are much more enjoyable

I'll tell you what. Lay this one down for 5 more years and it'll really pop. I let breath for about 2 hrs as the decanter had a younger cab in it... Definitely not an entry level wine. I dug it, but most of the people I was with did not. I saved a glass and tried it this morning... It was epic. So much better the second day. I'll write a proper review with the next bottle.

Bought this for a dinner I am making. As a Cab drinker I find this hard to rate so I will not describe this particular bottle. Yes, I have had Pinot before :) I can say this is light, but exactly what I was hoping to buy to match the dinner.
