Pop and pour. Mouth coating with a nice smooth finish. This was good for 3 days, steak, lamb and chicken, but also sipping on its own. Bravo!

A perfect wine. Full of texture and mouth feel. Feeling like I’m soaking up some sunshine in Napa Valley while I’m drinking this.

I have found that most vintages of Palmaz cabs need an extended amount of bottle aging. That is not necessarily a bad thing. This vintage needs another 4-5 years in the bottle, it is flabby and a bit out of balance right now. That said, I think it is going to be terrific in 5 years.
