Tobacco and dried figs. Airplane bar. 2011 Palmaz dupe. — 4 years ago
Tasted the ‘09 about 2 years ago and thought it was at its peak. This 2nd and last bottle still holds up really well. Yes it’s ripe and creamy but impeccably balance with round yet vivid acidity. Elegant.

Crisp with a buttery finish. It's not Jarvis but I would rank it with Palmaz. — 7 years ago
