Big fruit and jam nose with a tang of yeast on the end. Dark purple red combined with the nose is a meaty promise. Big fruit, thin finish but overall value here. Good as an after dinner quaff, especially after a bigger wine earlier. Much better after sitting after being aerated in a decanter. Of course, with an after dinner cigar.
