Deep Ruby with aromas of red and ripe black fruits and spice. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, plum and raisins with leather and vanilla spice. Long finish, fine tannins, ending with fruit, cacao and espresso notes. A big wine will still cellar for a bit.

A very dark purple rim, with an almost black center. Lovely aroma of blackberry compote accompanied with dark chocolate, clay pot, and violets. The acidity is a bit more than medium and the tannins are nicely sharp but not too serious. A metallic finish with medium length. The more I sip it, the more I like it!

Frutos rojos, cereza con roble, almacenado durante tres años, evoluciona en el paladar, es un vino perfecto para compaginar con rabo de toro del restaurante de la pequeña taberna, Murcia. O cualquier lado. Queso curado. Carne fuerte. Azucena + Jose. Uvas con pasa y foie. Excelente
