The wine I opened is the 2021 Paddy Borthwick Sauvignon Blanc from Wairarapa, Gladstone New Zealand.
On the nose there is grapefruit, lime, white peach, mango, grass, herbal notes, minerality and a bit of flint.
On the palate there is grapefruit, lime, white peach, herbaceous and minerality.

Golden delicious apple, grassy, but not too much. A bit creamy/buttery. Not as tropical fruit-forward as a lot of NZ sauv Blancs but still very nice.
