Pacific Redwood
Organic Mendocino County Chardonnay
Not strong…. Nothing major stands out. More on the nose than palate. Citrus, slight zest, dash of acidity on finish. I prefer Bonterra organic wine, but this is refreshing served cold on a hot day… I can see this being great as a base in drinks. I like how it doesn’t have a huge buttery punch, and doesn’t overpower anything else your snacking on. Definitely a situational choice for sure, not something I would sit around and enjoy by itself as it seems to be more of an accent

Oct 12th, 2019A friend brought this bottle, and I myst say it was a major disappointment. At first, it's fruity bouquet seemed very promising, but once tasted I realized that the palate does not match the nose at all. The taste was acidic and not persistent. In Italian, we would summarize this in a word: "sgraziato", literally, without grace.
