Not your father’s Txakolina. Rounder and fleshier.

Gains w time n temp - to fine fruit w slight citrus n table grapes. Disturbing bitterness at first, n not the refreshing lightness I seek in style.

This is probably the best wine I’ve had this year!
Concentrated and brimming with layer upon layer of ripe citrus, nectarine, apricots, grilled lemon and fruit cordial.
Sharp, still youthful acidity to balance the lush body. Guessing it has been aged on its lees for a while to give this much body?

Natty. Small production. Hints of oak.
