Has a fresh floral aroma, almost like clean laundry. @Jessica Medved says it “Smells like a candle.” Tight acidity that opens up gradually to reveal some new tennis balls - I love it!

Blend of Riesling and Gewürtztraminer. Floral nose. Good acidity, off-dryish

Tried this prev at a tasting but this time had immed after opening; spritziness adds a lot.

Phenomenal white. Might be the best I’ve ever had. Low acidity, perfectly balanced.

A misnomer. When I think salty, I imagine lean, low abv, high acid. This is instead, like most of what Ovum does very well - big, aromatic, expressive. They say it’s meant to capture a day at the beach but for me, it’s a very good nod to the viscous, aromatic whites of the Italian and French Alps. Textured - with tangerine, clementine, and lychee melon.

Big Salt really isn’t the best name for a wine that mostly hits you over the head with its sweetness. Cloying and not dry at all, despite it being described as such on the label.

Sweetish, kots of mineral, crisp, not too acidic. Great for drinking and pairing
