Not sure about the Elkton part, the back label states “2022 Oregon white table wine”, Lot #001, Ovum Wines, Dundee Oregon. A tasty Riesling-forward blend, good acid, off dry. Still good value and a reliable go to pour. I’d still prefer it drier, but this way there’s more to share

All the comparisons about a day at the beach are just exactly on point. I’ve now had the 2018, 2019, and 2020 and if Ovum keeps this up I’ll just start buying this by the pallet. What a refreshing bottle full of subtle complexities of floral arrangements, fresh tropical fruits, herby cocktail mixers, tea, and a pinch of salt. (Not big, but perhaps big for wine.) Smackable!

Very pale yellow-white, excellent clarity, some small bubbles in solution. Not much in nose, Vanilla-floral, candied citrus, slightly tart, almost thin mouthfeel but tasty. Almost dry, but not quite. Malic aftertaste. Well made entry level white table wine, fine for sipping too

Has a fresh floral aroma, almost like clean laundry. @Jessica Medved says it “Smells like a candle.” Tight acidity that opens up gradually to reveal some new tennis balls - I love it!

Tropical fruit, ocean spray nose. Bright fruit, mineral mid palate, and an acidic over ripe fruit finish. Gets bonus points for QPR and being different. Also, as an avid head, for the bright acidity.

A genuine surprise. $15 a bottle, but punching way above its weight. Low alcohol, high acid. So far so prototypically my speed. But it has a burst of flavor and sweetness, too - blue cheese and peaches roasted in butter and, as the name would suggest, a little salt. It's all balanced and perfectly integrated. Unquestionably a quaffer. But also a proper wine. Cheers to saline.
