Arbois-Pupillin Trousseau

Vintage 2014 | Cloudy transparant colour, very light, smell with earthy and iron impressions and with aeration roses and raspberry. Frivolous taste. Elegance and finesse.

Pale ruby color, crisp, bright red fruit (strawberry), acid driven and some tannic grip on the finish.

Could drink many bottles of this. Fruity, clean, good tannin probably from stems...sad I dont have any more.

Nice, light and easy drinking.

Needs to be decanted or you will get a very cloudy pour. Quite lovely after an hour and structurally has all the right qualities.

Liked the last bottle much more. Brett is dominating this bottle

Underripe strawberry, rhubarb, cranberry, white pepper, cardamom, barnyard. Snapping acidity, minimal tannins, light bodied, mineral driven, fruity-slightly peppery finish. Highly aromatic, delicate, and funky. Smooth, hard to not chug all at once.

Beautiful trousseau. Delicate raspberries, mineral backbone, nice acidity, and a little dirty funk. Lovely.
