Critter label in Español. With a backwards ‘e’. Cute. Interesting blend of two up and coming red varietals. Decent maroon color. Hint of brick red on the edge. Aroma is lovely. Floral with rose petals and red fruits. Plums and berries. There is a hint of sunscreens or bug spray, but not in a bad way. Flavors are balanced, juicy and clean. Bit of southern France or Italy in it. Would expect a big boy with heavy tannins, but this is lighter on its feet and very classy with some character. ‘Black Sheep’ it ain’t.

Jun 27th, 2024First opened very sharp, did not enjoy. The next night it was a bit better. But, this would not be one I'd pick up again.
