Transparently clear light yellow with very very small bubbles. A little sticky.
Fresh scents came as citrus like grapefruit and lemon, with nuance of chalk or limestone, then, juicy aroma as pears, apples, green apples, and herb note came together as mint and coriander, finally pineapple, banana, star fruit, white flower, white pepper, and hint of white chocolate.
Vivid and crispy acid, less sweetness, good bitterness, very rich minerals, good harmony of acid, bitterness and umami, long after taste. Good crispness!
