Osmote
Seneca Lake Chardonnay
Promising NY Chardonnay. Light and flinty style.

Apr 25th, 2020Fresh, bright, very restrained oak, plenty of acidity. Pit fruits, floral. Nothing out of place. Would guess San Luis Obispo or Monterey blind. Excellent! #osmote #senecalake #chardonnay #flxwine

A chardonnay that opines like a burgeoning young talent ripe with potential. The restrained oak the bottle promotes is truly restrained. If you're looking for a new kind of chardonnay, somewhere in between California and Burgundy this one may be a good contender.

Jun 1st, 2021I’m not a big Chardonay drinker but I loved this wine ... from New York! It was included in a wine pairing dinner so I didn’t select it, but it was fantastic. It was a clean, dryer Chard, more in the style of a French Chablis versus a big, buttery California Chardonnay.
