Didn’t know what to expect but smooth drinking with soft finish.

Tastes great after a Packers win.

I am not sure if I am not really liking this producer or just not liking Sangiovese, but just not the wine for me. Nose of peppercorns, tobacco leaves, and ripe fruit, particularly sour cherries and pomegranates. Black cherries and fresh dates greet the palate, unfolding into plums and ripe, black olives, finishing in saline and blackberries. Just big and fruity, mild on the tannins. Not my thing.
