Another winner from Omero. Took awhile to open up and once it did it was rocking

Nov 25th, 2018An enjoyable Gamay, albeit more tart and, ironically, more grapey than I expected. Classic Gamay aromas of raspberry and wet stone are present, and there is huge, red fruit character, and a good finish. It did hold up well with hearty/spicy food, too.
Not bad for the first Willamette Gamay noir I have tried, and maybe the balance will improve with time.
