Slightly sour Meyer lemons, lime zest, ripe pineapple flesh, green melons, cream, caramel & butterscotch notes, sea spray, oysters, volcanic minerals, shade of mushroom, sea fossils, some ginger, yellow flowers/lilies with greens, round vicious acidity, good balance, well knitted & elegant finish that lasts 90 seconds and long sets on minerals & spice.

Bright lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral notes. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers, almonds and garden spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with fruit, citrus and mineral spice. Nice! Perfect now!

Medium golden color. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, orchard fruit and toasted nuts. Flavors of red and green apple, apricot, lemon zest, lemon pie filling roasted nuts and salted vanilla caramel. Long mineral driven and slightly oaky finish. Lively acidity and creamy texture. Not the best white burgundy I have ever had but certainly a lot to like here.
