Velvety and warming. Very woody nose, caramel, sweet grain, leather(??). Wrapped in coversation, so maybe this one didnt get the attention it desrved... Or maybe thats just how its meant to be served. Either way, delicious and certainly a treat!

Well. Much hyped and interesting but too much of a neophyte to discern the brilliance. Might need to try more.

Not sure if I loved it or hated it. Super spicy and savory. Nutty. The glass was super important.
